Tim Titus is a Career Ownership Coach with The Entrepreneur’s Source, providing coaching services to individuals interested in exploring business ownership opportunities. Tim has extensive leadership and business management experience from many years in the financial services industry. From 1987 – 2009, Tim held several key leadership roles in the insurance division of HSBC including chief risk officer, chief compliance officer and chief financial officer. Prior to HSBC, Tim worked for several years in public accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Tim earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Detroit Mercy and his MBA from the University of Michigan. Tim is also a Board Member of Archway Programs (a Woods Affiliate), Legacy Treatment Services (a Woods Affiliate) and Woods Services.

Tim and his wife Debbie reside in New Jersey.

“I started with just me and one truck, working out of my garage. I now have four employees, and I am in a commercial space. The earnings potential is pretty well limitless at this point. I am busy. I do have to spend time away from my family just as I did before. But now, if I want to stay home and cook my kids breakfast, I can. On nice sunny days, if I want to cut out early to take the kids swimming, I do. I don’t just have weekends to choose from anymore.”
